About the role

  • Coordinate the company's financial management with a focus on cash flow, budgeting and predictability
  • Build and oversee FP&A, management reporting and financial KPIs
  • Play a leading role in pricing, margin analysis and cost control
  • Interface with accounting and tax teams, ensuring adherence to the 'lucro real' tax regime
  • Ensure tax efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Support strategic growth decisions with robust financial analyses
  • Coordinate and organize end-to-end operational processes, proposing continuous improvements
  • Manage procurement, suppliers and contracts
  • Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing
  • Monitor inventory control and production planning
  • Support demand planning in collaboration with CX, Marketing and Sales
  • Coordinate invoicing and fulfillment of B2B orders
  • Support personnel/HR administration in coordination with accounting/payroll
  • Operate and support improvements to the ERP (preferably Bling)
  • Build and maintain routines, controls and operational processes suitable for a growing startup

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in finance and operations
  • Preferably experience in companies operating under the 'lucro real' regime
  • Previous experience in startups, scale-ups or high-growth environments and in B2B2C retail companies is a plus
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience with ERPs (preferably Bling)
  • Solid knowledge of tax, accounting and financial matters
  • Ability to build processes and controls from scratch or in understructured environments
