About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In this key role you take technical ownership of projects: from architecture to quality assurance, while leading a development team.
In close collaboration with project managers you develop concepts and decision frameworks that guide both clients and our teams confidently through projects.
You coach and mentor developers, introduce best practices, and establish standards.
You evaluate new technologies and ensure our solutions remain future-proof.
You balance hands-on coding with strategic foresight.
You translate complex requirements into smart, usable products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are an experienced web solutions architect — ideally with Craft CMS or another solid foundation; what matters is that you understand the mechanics behind it.
Strong experience with frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js — and you know when which tool makes sense.
Extensive experience designing system architectures and integrations (APIs, e-commerce systems like Shopware, Headless CMS) and cloud environments.
You think beyond code and focus on solutions: scalability, security and sustainability are not buzzwords but daily practice.
You enjoy leading teams technically, sharing knowledge and setting high standards together.
Ideally a university of applied sciences (FH/HF) degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent German (English is a nice-to-have).
