Oversee and coordinate IT projects across all phases
Work closely with the support team to ensure efficient customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree or qualification (Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Administration, or similar)
Several years of experience managing digital IT projects
Experience in an agency environment is a plus
Proficient in proposal development, cost estimation and negotiation
Knowledge of agile project management methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
Enjoy working with clients and a strong sense for their needs
Highly self-driven with a strong commitment to quality and consulting excellence
Positive mindset and a sense of humor
