About the role

  • Managing and coordinating web projects across all phases (initial meeting, requirements analysis, planning, controlling, implementation, closure)
  • Communicating with and advising clients; handling client inquiries by email and phone
  • Acting as the interface between design, development, and the client
  • Creating project roadmaps in coordination with clients
  • Resource planning for project teams
  • Assisting with cost estimates and the preparation of proposals/quotes

Requirements

  • Relevant and appropriate education or degree: IT education with business/management training, business education with IT experience, or a comparable background
  • Several years of experience leading IT and digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience with project documentation and proposal processes
  • Enjoyment in supporting and advising clients and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative
  • Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
  • Team player with a passion for working with people
  • Used to working independently and organizing yourself — reliability is one of your strengths!
