About the role
- Prepare and configure the application deployment environment using Microsoft Intune
- Deploy and maintain MDM configuration profiles
- Implement the Autopilot service (Windows Autopilot)
- Configure compliance policies and security policies in Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Manage identities, conditional access rules, and multi-factor authentication in Azure Active Directory
- Administer objects and groups in hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD environments
- Contribute to the configuration and deployment of Windows OS updates
- Support Microsoft 365 suite tools
- Monitor alerts, roles, license management, and reporting within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Collaborate with technology vendors to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- 10 years or more of experience in information technology
- Minimum 5 years in a role focused on Intune / Endpoint Manager administration
- Proficiency with the following technologies: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Endpoint Security), Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, EMS, Microsoft Defender, SCCM, OneDrive, scripting with PowerShell
- Experience in IT governance: policy management, processes, and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently, effectively troubleshoot complex incidents, and respond to stakeholder requests
