Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of measurable impact on products and teams
Strong command of at least React, React Native, native Apple (Swift), or native Android (Kotlin)
Active, daily use of AI tooling in your engineering workflow, with a clear point of view on where it's heading
Agency or consulting experience, you understand client delivery, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive candid feedback
Comfortable working hybrid in Antwerp, 2-3 days per week on-site, non-negotiable
EU work authorization, we do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support
