What you’ll need

5+ years managing broker relationships at a national or regional level in the wholesale E&S market.
Active P&C and surplus lines license (ideally country wide, but not required).
In-depth knowledge of commercial E&S markets and coverage - specifically commercial property and general liability.
Someone flexible who understands every day at an early stage startup is like a decade in the corporate world.
