About the role
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, including requests for quotes, proposals, and product information.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records (contacts, accounts, opportunities, sales history).
- Generate clean, copy‑pasteable reports using Salesforce dashboards.
- Track KPIs and pipeline activity, flagging discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal sales operations tasks.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; ability to maintain accurate, complete records.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfortable with data organization.
- Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
