About the role
- Analysis of manufacturability of assigned sub-assemblies (approximately 15 to 20 systems)
- Proposing manufacturing solutions
- Establishing macro manufacturing process plans
- Identifying associated opportunities and risks
- Writing specifications
- Monitoring and reporting on the production of prototype and test parts
- Writing technical and industrial feasibility reports for components
Requirements
- Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical engineering
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management within the aerospace or defense sectors
- Project management
- Proficient in drafting technical documents
- Proficient in industrial tooling sizing
- Ability to interface with subcontractors
- Proficient with project management software
