Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in industrial production management and monitoring
Proficiency with flow-tracking and planning tools (SAP required)
Advanced Excel skills (summary tables, tracking, KPIs)
Ability to model, monitor and analyze performance indicators
Comfortable working on the shop floor and interacting with workshops
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (production, logistics, quality)
