Define and optimize the maintenance plan for railway systems
Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of equipment
Conduct maintenance studies (FMEA, failure analysis, maintainability, ergonomics, cost, etc.)
Develop and maintain logistics databases (spare parts, tooling, documentation, indicators)
Ensure the coherence of the support system and measure its performance
Evaluate life cycle cost (LCC) and the operational availability of equipment
Verify compliance with maintenance requirements and optimize the support concept
Implement risk analysis tools
Work closely with design teams to ensure long-term maintainability
Contribute to the optimization of maintenance depots: task management, flows, staffing
Integrate predictive maintenance approaches

Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, ideally specialized in systems engineering
Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance, Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) or systems engineering
Strong command of analysis tools: FMEA, LCC, maintainability, availability, reliability
Skills in maintenance planning (preventive / corrective)
Proficiency with logistics databases (spare parts, tooling, documentation)
Knowledge of mechanical, electrotechnical and electronic systems
Ability to work collaboratively with technical departments (design office, operations, logistics)
