About the role
- Define and optimize the product–process relationship
- Participate in co-engineering
- Contribute to product/process coherence from the earliest phases
- Collaborate with the engineering/design department to optimize design and reduce industrial risks
- Challenge technical definitions
- Analyze and challenge technical choices and manufacturing routings
- Propose improvements to strengthen manufacturability and process control
- Assemble and lead the Industrial Validation Dossier
- Ensure compliance and completeness of industrial deliverables (FAI, inspections, validations…)
- Optimize processes and the manufacturing chain
- Participate in changes and modifications to the production line
Requirements
- Passionate about industrial processes, technical optimization and continuous improvement
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Methods or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in a demanding mechanical or industrial environment
- Proven expertise in mechanical manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with industrial validation tools (PPAP, FAI…)
- Knowledge of risk analysis methods and action planning
- Ability to standardize, formalize and disseminate best practices
- Proficient with process optimization tools and technical analysis
- Professional written and spoken English
