About the role
- Ensure operational oversight of on-site teams.
- Provide day-to-day frontline management.
- Support the MCO/MRO chain of command.
- Contribute to activity management, coordinate resources, and support the development of staff skills.
- Manage client relationships and stay attentive to future client needs.
- Ensure clear and regular communication with your management.
Requirements
- Proven managerial ability
- Experience managing teams of 15 to 40 people, ideally across multiple functions
- Good knowledge of MRO/MCO maintenance
- Adaptability and excellent client and HR interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs
