About the role
- Own and manage the backlog for the AI team
- Translate product and business needs into AI-powered capabilities and product requirements
- Define product-level success criteria and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features
- Support AI experimentation by defining product hypotheses, expected outcomes, and evaluation criteria
- Assess AI outputs from a product and user perspective to ensure solution quality
- Contribute to the development of reusable AI capabilities that support multiple product areas
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management or product ownership experience
- Solid understanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations
- Experience defining product-level evaluation criteria, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for AI-powered functionality
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on AI experimentation, prototyping, testing, and validation of AI-driven workflows
- Experience defining and delivering AI-enabled capabilities or automation features within software products
- Understanding of the role of data in AI systems
- Experience with ERP systems and low-code/workflow platforms is considered an advantage.
