• UI/UX Design: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into compelling user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring product consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Full Stack Development: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, and testing.
• Develop solutions using C# .NET and apply reusable design patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, infrastructure architects, and QA testers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide level of effort estimates and contribute to project planning.
• Research and adopt best practices and design patterns for development.
