About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide business analytics across the Growth team, product squad, and tariff/pricing negotiation team
Set up and measure website-conversion experiments
Create dashboards for crucial new revenue streams
Help negotiate industry-leading prices with utility providers
Turn data into insights that shape major business decisions
Model scenarios to explain business performance and guide next actions
Build models to guide budget allocation
Establish metrics to assess whether new channels are worth scaling
Automate time-consuming reporting
Investigate novel commercial questions and identify meaningful insights
Work closely with founders and senior leaders across the business
Help Nous scale users, utility and insurance service lines, subscription-management services, and open-banking data use

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally 2–6 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment such as a startup, consultancy, investment team, or growth-focused business
Experience turning data into real-world decisions
Experience building models, analysing funnels, running experiments, or supporting commercial teams with analysis
Genuine comfort working with data and eagerness to learn
Ability to use SQL to retrieve data
Ability to build clean dashboards
Ability to structure spreadsheet models
Ability to design, manage, and evaluate experiments end to end
Ability to draw actionable conclusions from data
Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-specialists
Comfort using new tools, especially AI
Ability to work quickly, context-switch, and operate in ambiguity
Entrepreneurial background or desire to become an entrepreneur is welcomed
Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required to work in the UK
