About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on a wide range of projects across growth, operations, and business execution, wherever the biggest opportunities are
- Help design and run creative experiments and initiatives that move key company metrics
- Identify and solve operational challenges as we scale, improving how the company runs day to day
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Growth Project Manager to prioritize and execute the most impactful initiatives
- Take ownership of your own projects, from idea to execution, and see the real impact of your work
- Represent Noteless externally in meetings, partnerships, and events when needed, with a particular focus on German-speaking stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’re a master’s student in business, economics, technology, or a related field
- You’re ambitious, curious, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- You combine analytical thinking with a bias toward action; you like solving problems and making things happen
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the challenge of building something new
- You are fluent in German (spoken and written), ideally at a native or advanced level
- You communicate clearly in English and German
