About the role
- Facilitate legally compliant, accurate, and secure remote notarizations for various real estate documents
- Verify signer identities using approved remote identification methods
- Review real estate documents for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance prior to notarization
- Perform electronic notarial acts and conduct live real estate RON sessions
- Ensure strict compliance with state-specific RON laws and NotaryCam procedures
Requirements
- Minimum six (6) months of active Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
- Minimum one (1) year as a commissioned Notary Public
- Demonstrated experience notarizing real estate documents
- NNA Signing Agent certification
- Authorization to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) in Wyoming
- Completion of a Remote Online Notarization basic training course
- Errors & Omissions insurance with minimum $100,000 coverage
- Background check dated within the past 12 months
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures
