About the role
- Support for external CFO activities: Assist in managing our external CFO engagements, working closely with clients and senior team members.
- Operational finance tasks: Assist in preparing monthly reports, variance analyses, and budget monitoring.
- Strategic support: Assist in developing and implementing clients' financial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in a finance role, preferably at a startup or in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of core finance areas: FP&A, controlling, accounting, processes, and systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Good Excel skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
