About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting through offer (sourcing, screening, interview support, selection and offer process)
  • Be a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders providing guidance on candidate evaluation, interviewing, and hiring decisions
  • Conduct detailed strategy sessions to align on role requirements and set expectations of hiring timelines
  • Educate hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, applicant motivations and competitive pay packages—setting expectations grounded in data
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics as needed by TA and business leadership
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking and relationship development
  • Assess candidates for technical capability, NG values, and mission alignment
  • Ensuring data integrity is aligned with our processes and procedures
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Demonstrated TA Business Partner experience (preferred)
  • A strong ability to influence using data and talent market insights (preferred)
  • Passion for talent acquisition and staying current on recruiting trends (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and matrixed teams (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access (preferred)
