About the role
- Engage with internal customers daily
- Plan and execute check runs for highly classified vendor payments, ensuring compliance with purchase order and invoice terms, as well as departmental policies and procedures
- Prepare, review, and submit highly classified customer billings in accordance with contract terms and departmental policies
- Reconcile outstanding payables and aged receivables
- Monitor and report on cash flow for classified government contracts, including support for banking and treasury requirements
- Prepare and post general journal entries
- Support various internal and external audits
- Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, or a Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- Professional Experience Required: Accounts Payable, Billings, Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive success through efficiency and process improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) and Adobe Professional
- Active Government Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility
