About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support of Mission Assurance staff meetings including meeting facilitation, chart compilation, and action item tracking
Data aggregation, and reporting on Mission Assurance charging metrics and financials
Support of change request (CR) process and collection of impacts
Updates and improvements to team SharePoint site and knowledge base resources
Support of new business proposal writing and team organization
Assessment of project issues and development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Support of monthly EAC updates, EVCRs, VARs, IMS tasking
Weekly name-run support
Conduct business travel up to 25% of the time from assigned work location to Palmdale or Rancho Bernardo, CA

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 2 years OR master’s degree with 0 years relevant work experience in project management
Skilled use of Microsoft Office products
Experience with project management principles
Active DoD secret clearance and ability to obtain special program access
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5 years OR master’s degree with 3 years relevant work experience in project management (for Principal role)
Working knowledge and experience with project management principles
