About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Dispositioning and validating data from maintainers
Working with responsible engineers to determine root cause of failure modes
Working with control centers to update/correct maintainer-entered data as necessary
Analyzing trending failure modes to generate recommendations
Collaborate with other Product Support functions in support of wider analyses
Lead customer meetings validating corrective action plan
Coach team on root cause analysis and design/software change implementation
Drive process improvements and streamlining

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 years of related engineering experience
Experience in Reliability Engineering
Active US Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Ability to obtain and maintain subsequent SAP PARs following commencement of employment to be able to completely support statement of work
