About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fill the role of program Test Lead responsible for all facets of the test program
Ensure engineering tests serve mission objectives and manage schedules and prepares reports
Identify test and test program risks, issues, and pressures, and develop mitigation and closure plans
Coordinate with ground test engineering and operations
Provide program leadership for test site employees and provide timely resource forecasts to program management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline AND 8 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 6 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 4 years of related professional/military experience
Must have an active US Government Secret (or higher) clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Must have prior CAM and Earned Value Management experience
Must have understanding of program risk, opportunity and issue management process
Experience leading a System Test team in a dynamic work environment
Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Word
Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
