About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Fill the role of program Test Lead responsible for all facets of the test program
  • Ensure engineering tests serve mission objectives and manage schedules and prepares reports
  • Identify test and test program risks, issues, and pressures, and develop mitigation and closure plans
  • Coordinate with ground test engineering and operations
  • Provide program leadership for test site employees and provide timely resource forecasts to program management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline AND 8 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 6 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 4 years of related professional/military experience
  • Must have an active US Government Secret (or higher) clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Must have prior CAM and Earned Value Management experience
  • Must have understanding of program risk, opportunity and issue management process
  • Experience leading a System Test team in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
