About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, deploy, and administer commercial and open-source SW Factory software
  • Develop code to aid in administration of the SW Factory
  • Provide end user support to SW Factory suite of applications
  • Monitor, address, and resolve production SW Factory application incidents, reports
  • Interfacing, collaboratively, with other development and administration teams inside of Corporate
  • Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 Years of relevant experience with a Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD
  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (or higher)
  • Must have experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle more than one task at a time
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
  • Server/Client Software installation experience
  • Understanding of core IT competencies (Networking, Servers, DBs, Apps)
  • Experience programming in scripting languages (Particularly Python)
  • Experience in deploying applications via Kubernetes
