About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of independently driving high‑visibility projects
- Demonstrated success filling hard‑to‑fill roles across multiple functions
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and preparing executive communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with advanced recruiting strategies
- Ability to travel up to 20%
