About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and coordinate activities in support of material requirements, material cost accounting, and supplier management on an assigned program
Liaison for assigned program(s) and supply chain management function including buyers, planners, subcontract administrators, scheduling, customers and suppliers
Represent Northrop Grumman in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and leadership briefings
Oversee all Supply Chain Management activities needed to meet program requirements
Identify and mitigate program risks as they pertain to material requirements
Prepare and execute Material Program Plans (MPPs) and supply strategy
Maintain program line of balance and ensure supplier deliveries are aligned with production schedule
Develop supply chain strategy – including supplier development and supplier risk management
Assist with billing/invoice issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 9 years of experience for level 3 or 12 years for level 4
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience for level 3
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or a Masters degree with 6 years of experience for level 4
5 years of experience managing programs, subcontracts, materials, and/or services
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, financial systems, FAR, and ITAR
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to acquire a Security Clearance which requires US Citizenship as a pre-requisite
