About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitation of meetings, resulting actions, and any associated deliverables
- Drive common people processes across Engineering teams
- Coordinate with homeroom, program, and other functional counterparts to achieve the Engineering annual operating plan (AOP)
- Provide guidance on technical training and skills development initiatives across Engineering
- Execute projects in support of engineering as tasked by the VP of Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of related professional/military experience in engineering or project/program operations, OR a Master’s degree AND 0 years of related professional/military experience in engineering or project/program operations
- Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations
- Active U.S. government Secret clearance (or higher)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
- Use of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint
