About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material
Assist with the annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting)
Frequently interact with both internal and external customers (government agencies)
Support various audits including but not limited to Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, Corporate internal audits, etc
Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets, arranging disposal of surplus/obsolete property
Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts
Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills
Must have a current and active Top-Secret security clearance
