About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material
- Assist with the annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting)
- Frequently interact with both internal and external customers (government agencies)
- Support various audits including but not limited to Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, Corporate internal audits, etc
- Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets, arranging disposal of surplus/obsolete property
- Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts
- Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills
- Must have a current and active Top-Secret security clearance
