About the role
- Manage business development activities with Science and Technology and Research and Development organizations to generate leads and prioritize new business opportunities
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and implementing a customer engagement strategy
- Prioritize and develop marketing content for new technologies and products
- Manage responses to relevant Requests for Information
- Coordinate attendance at Science and Technology Conferences and Trade Shows
- Interface with business units and division teams and assure alignment of priorities
- Develop capture strategies and tactics, including competitive assessments and teaming strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience related to Department of Defense (DoD) business, programs, or operational experience
- Experience working with or in Science and Technology and/or Research and Development organizations
- Business development, capture, or technical experience
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition, requirements, and budget policies and processes
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
