Key responsibilities & impact

Create, document, and maintain formal supply‑and‑demand plans that align with program goals, business‑unit objectives, and corporate priorities
Identify critical material gaps early, develop corrective actions, and recover program schedules and budgets
Continuously assess shifting program needs; prioritize tasks to meet changing delivery timelines and resource constraints
Draft and maintain detailed project plans that integrate supply‑chain milestones with overall program schedules, risk registers, and opportunity logs
Drive end‑to‑end delivery execution across multiple campuses, ensuring that final‑leg shipments meet timing, quality, and compliance standards
Ensure supplier production and shipping schedules with program, business‑unit, and corporate targets; negotiate adjustments to minimize bottlenecks
Identify, document, and mitigate supply‑chain risks; capture and pursue improvement opportunities that enhance cost, schedule, or performance
Partner with PMO, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other campus teams to resolve issues that span multiple sites and functions
Prepare and deliver concise briefings for internal and external decision‑makers, including manufacturing center of excellence reviews, leadership boards, and customer meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years, Master’s degree, or in lieu of degree 6 years of experience
Experience must be in the following: Supply Chain, Project Management, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Finance, Business Management or Material Requirements Planning
Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable time deemed by business needs
Experience with SAP or related application software (i.e. ERP, MRP)
