About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help bring new members up to speed on their duties and provide charging guidance to direct reports
Communicate sprint goals, PI objectives, and any changes to priorities to all Scrum Masters and stakeholders
Approve and sign off on earned value reports, recruitment status updates, and metric dashboards before distribution
Facilitate cross-role coordination meetings (e.g., Scrum Master sync, CAM-Metrics sync) to surface dependencies and impediments
Track and report on the team’s success metrics (predictability, CV, time-to-hire, dashboard latency, stakeholder satisfaction)
Engage other program leaders with SE&V, Finance, and Compliance, and leads within other ARTs

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience
Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs
Experience with Agile methodology, including participation in ceremonies such as sprint planning and use of tools such as Jira
Sufficient earned value experience such that CAM processes are understood, reports are readily interpreted, and guidance can be provided to the CAM team when issues arise
Understanding of the C2BMC hiring process, including participation in activities such as interviewing, Resource Control Board (RCB), and requisition writing and editing
Formal or informal team leadership experience, including coaching and providing performance feedback.
