About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving common people processes across Product Support; manage NGAS Product Support process baseline including PrOP, Nimbus, and PAL repositories.
- Responsible for ensuring Product Support tools are developed with a requirements-based approach and deployed and utilized consistently across programs.
- Understanding of software development and configuration management principles.
- Lead or facilitate Stakeholder review of process packages through AS Engineering TRB.
- Integrate Product Support processes, tools, and training in collaboration with SI&O across all NGAS sites and programs.
- Executing pivotal initiatives with functional and program counterparts focused on Product Support annual objectives and key results (OKR’s) in alignment with long-range strategic plan (LRSP).
- Providing guidance for technical training and skills development initiatives across Product Support and coordinating on broader skills development initiatives across all Engineering with SI&O to influence outcomes.
- Conduct / support Independent Review Teams (IRTs), non-advocate reviews (NARs) and color team reviews for Program milestones and proposals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university, with 8 years of engineering experience or Masters in STEM and 6 years of engineering experience
- Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
- Must have an active US Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
