About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Driving common people processes across Product Support; manage NGAS Product Support process baseline including PrOP, Nimbus, and PAL repositories
Responsible for ensuring Product Support tools are developed with a requirements-based approach and deployed and utilized consistently across programs
Understanding of software development and configuration management principles
Lead or facilitate Stakeholder review of process packages through AS Engineering TRB
Integrate Product Support processes, tools, and training in collaboration with SI&O across all NGAS sites and programs
Executing pivotal initiatives with functional and program counterparts focused on Product Support annual objectives and key results (OKR’s) in alignment with long-range strategic plan (LRSP)
Providing guidance for technical training and skills development initiatives across Product Support and coordinating on broader skills development initiatives across all Engineering with SI&O to influence outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university, with 12 years of engineering experience or Masters in STEM and 10 years of engineering experience
Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary team
Must have an active US Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
