About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving common people processes across Product Support; manage NGAS Product Support process baseline including PrOP, Nimbus, and PAL repositories
  • Responsible for ensuring Product Support tools are developed with a requirements-based approach and deployed and utilized consistently across programs
  • Understanding of software development and configuration management principles
  • Lead or facilitate Stakeholder review of process packages through AS Engineering TRB
  • Integrate Product Support processes, tools, and training in collaboration with SI&O across all NGAS sites and programs
  • Executing pivotal initiatives with functional and program counterparts focused on Product Support annual objectives and key results (OKR’s) in alignment with long-range strategic plan (LRSP)
  • Providing guidance for technical training and skills development initiatives across Product Support and coordinating on broader skills development initiatives across all Engineering with SI&O to influence outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university, with 12 years of engineering experience or Masters in STEM and 10 years of engineering experience
  • Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary team
  • Must have an active US Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
