About the role

  • Plan and execute the program lifecycle, including major program milestones / reviews
  • Ensure system programmatic/technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Support the vertical and horizontal integration across the product teams and program life cycle
  • Interface with inter-organizational management and external Customer to communicate Program and/or technical status.
  • Collect, manage, and support program metrics collection and reporting
  • Support the risk and opportunity products, production of element work products, and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule through leadership over the element Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Work Package Leads (WPLs)

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's degree or 4 year with a PhD.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • 2+ years’ experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems
  • 2+ years’ experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities
