About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead IT strategy and execution of IT projects for the business unit
Act as the CIDO ambassador to programs and business leadership, functional organizations, and end-customers (users)
Maximize alignment of program IT services with the Space Systems CIDO sector operating models, strategies, business objectives, and investments
Coordinate with directorate business leadership, homeroom managers, and end user groups to identify, plan, implement, and sustain IT solutions
Liaison between facilities and security to drive optimal IT service environments for SSD sites
Monitor customer satisfaction with IT service delivery and engage CIDO resources as required to meet and exceed IT service level objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant IT experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant IT experience; OR an Associates degree with 10 years of relevant IT experience; OR a minimum of 12 total years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
Experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules is required
5 years of experience using MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Must have a current US Government Top Secret level security clearance to include SCI access level eligibility
Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph as a condition of continued employment
