About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and/or problems to improve existing systems
Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions and correct system deficiencies
Test solutions to ensure optimal system functionality
Monitor integrated system interfaces for errors and address as necessary
Draft & publish instructional materials and provide system training
Directly support resolution of all software related problems with the purchasing à transportation interfaces
Support suppliers with the OASIS portal and all associated vendor applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree preferred in Business Management, Information Technology, Global Supply Chain OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma and a minimum of 6 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors
Willing and able to travel on short notice
Willing and able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours (including weekends and shutdown) when necessary
Proficiency in SAP S4 with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the following basic areas: Supply Chain, Operations, Visibility
