About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide dedicated support to GSCPM responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, execution and integration of all GSC activities within respective Program Business Area
Act as the GSC focal for the Program Management Office (PMO), coordinate/collaborate cross-functionally with all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure supply chain commitments are met in support of Prime Contract requirements
Facilitation of meetings, actions and deliverables, which often include senior leadership
Helps lead and manage GSC team through all proposal efforts, material strategy and overall successful execution in accordance with Program cost and schedule budgets, Procurement and Subcontract processes/procedures and Prime Customer requirements
Develops and manages appropriate mitigation plans to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers and GSC
Supports all GP material CAM responsibilities, including management of Earned Value metrics and Estimates at Complete (EACs) for GSC general procurement material across multiple high dollar contracts
Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, Master's Degree with 3 years of experience or in lieu of degree with 9 years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business/Financial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain an active government Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
For Senior Principal: Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, Master's Degree with 6 years of experience or in lieu of degree with 12 years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business/Financial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain an active government Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
