Key responsibilities & impact

Will be paired with more experienced engineers to perform requirements engineering, use case development, logical architecture modeling, and interface definition
Must be able to function as part of an experienced team to develop systems engineering products while adhering to program standards and processes
Ability to ask questions to gain a better understanding, work cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines, research topics using multiple references and points of contact, work independently, and meet deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering (preferred), Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 2 years of experience; or a Master’s degree ( preferred ) in a STEM -related field with 1 year of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related discipline with 0 years of work experience
Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
Experience in any aspect of the SE V-Model, with skills in areas such as requirements engineering (solicitation and decomposition), use case development, logical architecture modeling, interface definition, system testing, or requirements verification
