Key responsibilities & impact

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple development projects
Develop, maintain, and monitor master plans, roadmaps, and schedules
Establish and manage budget baselines, including application of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Identify program problems and implement solutions
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management
Act as primary customer contact for program activities
Build and sustain an effective, engaged, and integrated team
Lead capture planning, long-term strategic planning, and development of proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience
Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience
Related experience includes professional and/or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and management
5 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule and at cost
Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
