About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity
Manages, develops, or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives, and related activities
Perform PACE audits, provide compliance support to the procurement organization, review procedures, support the training team with compliance guidance, support annual customer audits
Interface with Supply Chain Management processes and personnel at all levels to ensure the success in sector compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience or a PhD with 1 year experience
Experience must be related to Procurement, Subcontracts, Peer Review of Packages and/or Audits, Organization Effectiveness, and/or other related industry experience
Prior experience in audit (internal or external) reviews
Experience with procurement / subcontracts
Knowledge of terms and conditions, and program contract flow-downs (FAR/DFAR regulations)
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level (or above) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as deemed appropriate by the company to meet business objectives
