About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Software Quality Assurance (SQA) with the oversight/reporting of the software effort for the Sentinel program
Ensure process execution and quality is built into the development, testing, and release of the software deliverables
Provide expert technical advice and guidance to team members
Ensure the development and implementation of robust Software Quality plans, documents, checklists, and training materials
Provide senior technical oversight for problem resolution activities, root cause analysis, and preventive/corrective action implementation
Support development of software metrics
Support status reporting/meetings/presentations
Support Peer Reviews of artifacts for engineering release
Support dispositioning of Non-Conformance candidates
Work as a specific Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SQA team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors of Science degree and 12 years experience; or Masters degree with 10 years experience; or PhD and 8 years experience
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances
Recent experience working within a large Agile/SAFE software program as a Software Product Owner or Software Project Manager
Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working within an Agile/SAFe environment
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Cameo, DOORS, Gitlab, and static analysis tools
