About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, document, and maintain formal supply‑and‑demand plans that align with program goals, business‑unit objectives, and corporate priorities.
  • Identify critical material gaps early, develop corrective actions, and recover program schedules and budgets.
  • Continuously assess shifting program needs; prioritize tasks to meet changing delivery timelines and resource constraints.
  • Draft and maintain detailed project plans that integrate supply‑chain milestones with overall program schedules, risk registers, and opportunity logs.
  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery execution across multiple campuses, ensuring that final‑leg shipments meet timing, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure supplier production and shipping schedules with program, business‑unit, and corporate targets; negotiate adjustments to minimize bottlenecks.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate supply‑chain risks; capture and pursue improvement opportunities that enhance cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Partner with PMO, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other campus teams to resolve issues that span multiple sites and functions.
  • Prepare and deliver concise briefings for internal and external decision‑makers, including manufacturing center of excellence reviews, leadership boards, and customer meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree or in lieu of degree 6 years of experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Finance, Business Management or Material Requirements Planning
  • ACTIVE DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access
  • Experience with SAP or related application software (i.e. ERP, MRP)
