Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the full System & Incremental Feature Architecture & Definition.
Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies.
Present technical solutions to senior leadership and act as the organization’s spokesperson.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 14 years’ experience; 12 years’ experience with a Masters’ degree in STEM; or 10 years’ experience with a PhD.
Must be a U.S Citizen with an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.
5 years of Systems Engineering experience defining requirements, behavior models, interfaces, and verification plans.
5 years of experience leading cross-functional (software, systems, test) teams.
4 years of experience leading projects through concept baselines, design reviews, and Review Board assessments.
4 years of experience in programs using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach.
