Overseeing multiple team leads and driving execution of diverse technical efforts
Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, quality, and timely delivery
Establishing scalable processes and promoting best practices
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
Creating system models and test architecture for thorough software testing
Managing requirements traceability through integration and test phases
Collaborating with software developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues
Overseeing test execution including functional, performance, and regression testing
Mentoring and coaching test engineers and cross-functional members
Leading communication with stakeholders and reporting on test status and mitigation strategies
Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 14 years’ experience; 12 years’ experience with a Masters’ degree in STEM; or 10 years’ experience with a PhD.
Must be a U.S Citizen with an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.
5 years of proven leadership experience leading distributed teams and coordinating across multiple projects and technical domains.
5 years of experience with software testing methodologies, test planning, systems integration, and verification techniques.
5 years of experience with Agile development frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation best practices.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and interfacing with customers and partner organizations.
