About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of engineers to develop, define and improve manufacturing and functional processes
Develop complex Capacity Assessments across Northrop Grumman Utah facilities
Analyze and design a sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
Minimum 9 years of engineering experience, including experience with methods, program planning, cost analysis and scheduling
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment for any kind of industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience of people management/leadership
Five years of experience training professionals in lean and business transformation Processes
