Performing tasks dealing with interface definition, requirement decomposition, compliance tracking, verification planning and verification execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
Demonstrated experience utilizing UI/UX design principles
Experience using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project and Engineering Scheduling tools or applications
2+ years of Systems Engineering experience
2+ years working in requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS)
Educational background in psychology, human factors, user experience, graphic design, industrial design, or HCI-related field from an accredited university, and at least 5 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; OR at least 3 Years of relevant experience with a master’s degree; OR 1 Year with a PhD degree. An additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong understanding and broad application of complex engineering systems for the development of complex systems of systems
Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations
Ability to build software prototypes for usability testing of candidate designs
Experience with visual design of computer user interfaces
Human Factors, Psychology or similar degree
Experience with Human Factors in a defense contracting environment.
