About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead systems engineering execution as the main focal point for CS product team systems engineering integration into the SLP-A
Manage day to day operations of the SLP-A Integrated Node team
Oversee and on-schedule development of the CS physical architecture, use cases, requirements, performance analysis, verification architecture model
Work with both the Program and CS Product Development Teams to develop and mature systems engineering content and artifacts using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
Serve as liaison among program management, planning, systems engineering, product teams, field engineering, logistics, and deployment engineering
Present at milestone reviews to program leadership and customer
Proactively coordinate with various teams to develop, document, and maintain design solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 8 years of related experience or master’s degree with 6 years of related experience
US Citizenship with Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years
Experience in verification planning
Experience with Requirement development and management
1+ years of experience with MBSE Tools such as Cameo, DOORS, Rhapsody
