About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all business-operational functions for a highly distributed, fast‑paced division
Drive strategy execution, capital and portfolio planning
Maintain annual/quarterly/monthly calendars and cadences
Create executive-ready review packages, narratives, and dashboards
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across BUs and functions
Manage high-visibility projects assigned by Director or VP/GM
Define KPIs, build and automate dashboards/reporting
Partner with Facilities and site leadership on capital planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field)
8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy/PMO, management consulting, or similar roles
Proven ability to translate strategy into business cases and capital/investment plans
Strong program/project management skills and operating cadence/governance experience
Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills; expert with presentation and spreadsheet tools
Demonstrated stakeholder management across senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and automating reporting
