About the role
- Manages the test schedule
- Chip tracking for test life cycle requests, received, in test, package availability, material needs (request through IPT)
- Develops and manages software tools to track devices for test
- Captures test objectives and exit criteria
- Submits device request forms
- Implements tools to log device location
- Determines when chips are to be dispositioned
- Completes Test IMS as requested/necessary
- Coordinates Technician resource demand and allocation with technician homeroom and test lead
- IT ticket escalation; Log and share outstanding tickets with team and prioritize tickets for escalation
- POC for requests of Custom Hardware support
- Generates requests for internal non-programmatic support teams
- Interface with program IPT regarding test needs and requirements
- Support NGMC MDA test activities at Advanced Technology Laboratory in Linthicum, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD (full-time on-site)
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8 years of relevant experience
- Master of Science degree in STEM related field with 6 years of relevant technical experience
- PhD in STEM related field with 4 years of relevant experience
- Significant experience in test labs through operations or test execution
- Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication and collaboration, team engagement, and organizational skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance per customer requirements
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
- Preferred: Demonstrated success leading high performance teams as technical, integrated product team, and/or functional leader
- Preferred: Experience with cryogenic and superconducting device test protocols and methods
- Preferred: Experience as a technical lead supporting test efforts and staff across multiple test stands
- Preferred: Experience managing large data sets
- Preferred: Experience with inventory management and tracking tools
- Preferred: CAM/EV experience
- Preferred: Active U.S. government security clearance
